She is extremely knowledgeable and she is professional in implementing that knowledge to her profession. She will come into your home and advise you how to set it up for an impersonal sale. First I had a lot of clutter and personal pictures that needed to be put away. Then Gigi rearranged the furniture for a better traffic flow. Her husband Fred then came in to take great shots of all the rooms plus getting the right angle on the outside. Mine was a very tough sale as I lived next door to some apartments. Even in the 46 years I lived there I had had no problems with the apartments, a lot of people didn't like want them as neighbors. But Gigi stuck with my sale and we sold it without having to mark it down a lot. If I still lived in greater Kansas City and wanted efficient, caring, knowing and productive sale or purchase of a home I would definitely call Gigi.

About 3 yrs ago, we enlisted Gigi's help to sell our home. At the time, I had relocated to Chicago for work and my husband stayed behind with our 2 and 3 yr old boys.
